I know you get what you pay for but WOW!....I paid $29 on groupon for a hot stone massage. I get there and hand her my groupon, she immediately says i have to pay $2 in tax, ok, whatever. She then says are you ready? Doesn't ask me my name, doesn't tell me hers. Does NO consultation what so ever to ask what I came in for? How do I prefer the pressure? This should have been my first clue. As other reviewers said, there are no rooms, just paper thin barriers separating you. You hear everyone in the room. The music was light piano, but gradually went into high energy jazz, not relaxing...She tells me to lay on the table, with my underwear on underneath this thin white sheet. The table was thee most uncomfortable thing i'd ever been on, super thin, NOT comfortable. The entire time she would apply to much pressure, my body would tense up from the pain, I even replied "ouch, that hurts" and all she would say is "so tight, so tight". She hardly used the stones and I feel like she was making it up as she went along. She even took a phone call in the middle of the massage! WTF!? Then started talking to a male employee over the paper thin wall while i laying there with my underwear on and this lame thin sheet. It was hot in the room. The entire time all I could think was, when is this over?!?!?!
